A decent climb just over the Rhode Island border. Unfortunately, it's a little awkward to get to from Providence, because it would be hard to ride without riding on Route 6, and it climbs toward Rhode Island and there aren't many great loops to get there and come back up Halls Hill. The time I did it, i just rode down, turned around and rode back up.
