This ride was made as an alternative to Mark Nicholson's original Smackdown loop, for riders who couldn't be bothered to get to the west side on a weeknight. It's also a bit shorter than the original, and somewhat less hilly. As a general rule, however, it tends to be a bit more competitive and has been known to be a bit of a shit show.
